01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 888phl2 ("888phl2," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 888phl2 website, mobile application, and all associated gaming services (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

02 Eligibility

• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or entity when registering or placing wagers.

888phl2 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension or termination and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

03 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) account on the 888phl2 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must promptly update your account if any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 888phl2 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

• You must notify 888phl2 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• 888phl2 may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary.
• Accounts that remain inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be subject to a dormancy fee or closure, subject to applicable law.
• 888phl2 reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant at its sole discretion.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

888phl2 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods available to Philippine-based players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your 888phl2 account balance upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed within the Platform's cashier section and are subject to change. 888phl2 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. 888phl2 will process verified withdrawal requests within the timeframes published in the Platform's help section. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your name. 888phl2 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

• Funds deposited into your 888phl2 account may not earn interest.
• 888phl2 does not accept cash deposits or payments from third parties.
• Chargebacks or payment reversals initiated without prior authorization from 888phl2 may result in account suspension and recovery of any associated costs.
• 888phl2 complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and may report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

888phl2 offers bonuses, free bets, and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between a bonus-specific term and these general Terms, the bonus-specific term shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

Unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all 888phl2 promotions:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. 888phl2 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

06 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the 888phl2 Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms.

888phl2 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for applicable games to ensure that all outcomes are random, fair, and independent of previous results. Live casino games are operated by real dealers under monitored conditions. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentages for applicable games are published within the Platform.

• In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your screen and the result recorded on 888phl2's servers, the server record shall be the definitive record.
• 888phl2 reserves the right to void any bet or game round where a technical malfunction, software error, or human error has materially affected the outcome.
• Bets placed after the official close of a market or event will be void and stakes returned.

• Any attempt to exploit software vulnerabilities, glitches, or errors for financial gain is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 888phl2 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent time.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting activity designed to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional offers.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any software or system forming part of the Platform.
• Using VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or account controls.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 888phl2 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Exploiting any technical error, malfunction, or vulnerability in the Platform for financial gain.
• Accessing the Platform on behalf of another person or allowing another person to access the Platform using your account credentials.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the 888phl2 Platform, including but not limited to the 888phl2 name and logo, game titles, graphics, user interface designs, software, text, and audiovisual materials, is the exclusive property of 888phl2 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written consent from 888phl2.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Use any 888phl2 trademark, logo, or brand identifier in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform by automated means.

Any unauthorised use of 888phl2 intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by 888phl2 and its licensors.

09 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 888phl2 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

888phl2's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 888phl2 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

888phl2 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 888phl2 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose.

10 Responsible Gaming

888phl2 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across its Platform. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, reality checks, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options.

If you believe that your gaming activity is causing harm to yourself or others, we strongly encourage you to make use of these tools. You may access responsible gaming controls directly from your account settings at any time. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and, once active, cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

11 Account Suspension & Termination

888phl2 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent, collusive, or criminal activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your payment provider.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.
• Inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.

Upon termination of your account for cause, 888phl2 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining account balance where such balance is reasonably attributable to prohibited conduct. Where termination is not for cause, any verified balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable period.

You may close your account at any time by contacting 888phl2 customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any pending withdrawals at the time of closure will be processed in the normal course.

12 Amendments to These Terms

888phl2 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 888phl2 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 11.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 888phl2 Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact 888phl2 customer support to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. 888phl2 will use reasonable efforts to resolve any complaint or dispute within thirty (30) days of receipt.

888phl2 operates within the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players who believe their complaint has not been adequately addressed may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory authority in accordance with applicable procedures.
